This can depend on your overall goals, but generally speaking attending a mixture of the group classes will prove most beneficial. Our Circuits classes are more strength and conditioning focused. The BoxFit classes safely introduce more of a power element coupled with aerobic endurance. The Yoga and Stretch classes focus more on flexibility and relaxation, whilst also bringing about different strength qualities to the other classes.

We can generally work around many movement issues in a class setting, but there will be some instances where Group Classes may not be individualised enough for you training needs. If you are unsure about this then please contact us so we can discuss your best training options further.

It depends slightly on what other exercise you may be doing, but generally speaking we would recommend trying to maintain 3 overall training sessions per week.

If the current Group Class schedule does not fit well for you, then please contact us. We are always looking to expand the schedule to meet our clients’ needs so we will be happy to add more sessions in if it’s feasible.
