Our Program Design packages are aimed at those who have experience training in a gym, but who need more overall direction with their training and nutrition.

This package includes:

  • An initial 75 minute body fat and structural balance assessment. This gives us a picture of your current strength levels and movement patterns, whilst also highlighting potential areas of weakness that will need to be addressed with your training program.
  • 12 weeks of program design. This is broken into 4 training phases of 3 weeks each. For each 3 week phase you will have 3-4 programs to complete each week. The programs will become progressively harder over the course of the 12 weeks.
  • For each 3 week phase you will also have 2 PT sessions to explain the structure and detail of your new programs. This means over the course of the 12 weeks you will have 8 PT sessions in total. For the remainder of the time, you will complete the training sessions on your own.
  • After each phase we will measure body fat to track your progress as well as provide ongoing nutritional advice.
  • Membership to use our gym is not included as part of the package, so you will need to have a separate gym membership.
