TIM KELEHER – Owner/Manager & Senior Trainer

Tim has over 12 years experience working as a personal trainer, which came on the back of performing a number of sports in his native Australia at a high competitive level. These included cricket, basketball and Australian rules football. Since entering the fitness industry, Tim has had a thirst for learning from the best, and has honed his training skills and knowledge under the tutelage of world leading experts.

He prides himself on his ability to work with a variety of clients. From young budding athletes, to older clients who have never set foot in a gym. When he's not working with clients, you'll likely find him in the gym, putting himself through his paces!

JUSTIN LAM – Personal Trainer

 

Justin has has blended over a decade of hands-on gym experience, with learning from some of the world's leading fitness institutions. His drive and motivation is based around one simple goal - getting endless results for his clients.

With expert program design, Justin leaves no stones unturned.

Brad is an integral member of the team, especially with his key contribution to our expanding Semi-Private membership service. He is renowned for his quick wit and devastating program design, always delivered with a smile.

ASHA HIBBERT – Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor

Asha joined the team in 2015 after a 4 year stint working at some of the most exclusive PT studios in Hong Kong. A truly multi faceted member of the team, she looks after PT clients, Semi-Private classes and is our awesome in-house Yoga instructor. It is a testament to her ability that a number of her former clients were quick to resume their training with her once she returned to London.
